The Your Decision Maker has determined Governor George Ryan involved in Senatorial scam, and why he was probable considered is listed below.

Since the Decision Maker has determined Governor Ryan is possibly one of the individuals considered for the Illinois Senatorial seat, here are some of the reasons he would be considered.
Yes, I said previous Gov. George Ryan, of Illinois whom Governor Blagojevich replaced. He's now in Federal prison, for being found guilty and sentenced for corruption while in office.
Since in prison, he can devote full time to the office. (He cannot go anywhere, or do anything other than go to the bathroom)
Since he's in prison, we wouldn't have to pay him a salary. (Were already taking care of his needs)
He wouldn't need an office in Washington. (Think of the utility savings)
He would have available to him an excellent staff to assist him comprised of
some of the most brilliant minds when it comes to white collar crimes perpetrated on the American public. (Many ex-Politicians)
These prison comrades would also work for free. This would serve as an excellent Rehabilitation program for him and his fellow inmates.
They together, could determine and share with many already on Capital Hill, some of the most creative, cutting edge, new forms of extortion, bribary, and thievery.
Not to mention providing more creative ways to give away Billions of dollars to whomever requests. They too, could provide insight on how to extract additional monies from the tax paying public, more creatively.
I venture to say, his staff would win the staff of the Year Award.
